Job Description
Position: Franchise Business Counselor
Company: Kasturi Creations - Premium Ethnic Fashion Brand
Location: Delhi, NCR | Travel: Pan-India
Experience: 3-6 Years in Franchise Sales / Retail BD
Salary: ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA for deserving candidates
+ Attractive Commission on Every Deal Closure

Role:
1. Counsel aspiring entrepreneurs about Kasturi's Co-Franchise Model
2. Convert leads into signed franchise agreements
3. Represent brand at expos, meetings, and store visits
4. Achieve monthly franchise targets
5. Coordinate onboarding with HO team
Who Can Apply:
1. Strong in sales, negotiation & communication - Hindi + English
2. Background in Fashion, Retail, Education, F&B Franchise sales preferred
3. Target-driven, presentable, and ready to travel
