Job Description – Outbound Telecaller / Recovery AgentPosition: Outbound Telecaller / Recovery Agent
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

- Job ResponsibilitiesCustomers ko outbound calls karke pending payment/recovery ke liye follow-up karna.
- Customers ko payment due date aur outstanding amount ki information dena.
- Payment collection ke liye customers ko politely convince aur guide karna.
- Daily calling targets aur recovery targets achieve karna.
- Customer queries aur payment-related concerns ko handle karna.
- Call details aur payment follow-ups ka proper record maintain karna.
- Team leader/manager ko daily work aur recovery status report karna.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills, Hindi bolna aana zaroori.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Customer handling aur convincing skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
