Job Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding our career-oriented programs.
• Understand candidates' educational background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
• Recommend suitable programs based on candidate profiles and career goals.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Conduct counselling sessions through calls, video meetings, and follow-ups.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments using a consultative sales approach.
• Maintain accurate lead information and activity updates in CRM.
• Coordinate with admissions and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or B2C Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
• Willingness to work in UK shift timings (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
