Site Supervisor

·       Pre-Project:

o   Conduct thorough site evaluations, including

measurements, potential challenges, and material requirements.

o   Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop

detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.

o   Secure all necessary permits and approvals from

relevant authorities.

o   Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to

ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

o   Oversee the preparation of the

worksite, including safety measures, equipment setup, and

material staging.

·       Project Execution:

o   Directly supervise and manage onsite project

teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

o   Monitor project progress against the

plan, identifying and addressing potential delays or deviations.

o   Manage project budget, adhering to cost

estimates and purchase orders, actively seeking cost-saving

opportunities.

o   Maintain accurate and complete project

documentation, including daily logs, material usage

reports, and time sheets.

o   Implement effective communication with

stakeholders, including the Project Manager, clients, and

subcontractors.

o   Proactively address client concerns and ensure

their satisfaction throughout the project.

·       Project Completion:

o   Conduct final inspections to ensure all work meets

specifications and adheres to safety regulations.

o   Facilitate sign-off from the client and obtain all

necessary approvals.

o   Oversee the demobilization of the site and ensure

proper waste disposal.

o   Collect and analyze client feedback to identify

areas for improvement in future projects.

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Proven experience in construction and/or

project management in the glass block distribution industry.

Understanding of construction methods,

materials, and safety regulations.
