Profile: Workshop Manager

- Manage day-to-day operations of the two-wheeler workshop.
- Assign tasks to technicians and monitor repair quality.
- Ensure compliance with Hero MotoCorp service standards and guidelines.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Track workshop KPIs including job cards, productivity, and inventory.
- Train and mentor service advisors and technical staff.
