We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator & Tele caller to support our sales team by generating leads, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate new business leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
• Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and MIS reports.
• Handle customer queries and provide product information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and follow-ups.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
