Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who has a proven track record in residential and/or commercial property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals while achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads through references, networking, and field activities.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their property requirements.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Coordinate with the CRM, documentation, and finance teams for booking and agreement processes.
• Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, and follow-up records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory).
• Experience in selling residential and/or commercial projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of the Delhi/NCR real estate market.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
