Job Description
- Immediate Joining
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound calls and interact with customers professionally.
- Explain products/services and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with prospects.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in B2C Sales or BPO/Call Centre.
- 12th Pass with Intermediate English communication skills.
- Strong sales communication and convincing skills.
- Must have a Laptop/Desktop, stable Wi-Fi connection, and a Headset with microphone for work from home.
- Comfortable working in rotational day shifts (Early Morning & Afternoon shifts).
