Job Description

Looking for an energetic HR candidate to manage manpower and compliance for dark store operations (Zepto, Flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.).


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Hire and fulfil daily staffing requirements for store-level roles & management.
  • Conduct regular store visits for compliance checks and operational audits.
  • Track and help minimise store shrinkage and stock leakage.
  • Manage employee attendance, payroll data, and record-keeping/documentation.
  • Handle ground-level staff issues and provide quick solutions.
