Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our recruitment agency. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various client roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of recruitment strategies, and a passion for finding the best talent in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: o Handle the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to placement. o Understand client requirements and job specifications. o Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals. o Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for client roles. o Coordinate interviews and manage feedback between candidates and clients.

2. Candidate Relationship Management: o Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. o Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. o Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.

3. Client Relationship Management: o Act as a point of contact between the client and candidates during the recruitment process. o Ensure timely communication and updates to both clients and candidates. o Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs and offer recruitment solutions.

4. Administrative Duties: o Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking of recruitment progress. o Prepare and manage recruitment reports for clients and internal teams. o Assist with onboarding new hires and coordination with the HR team.

5. Compliance & Documentation: o Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with labour laws and regulations. o Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documentation, contracts, and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a recruitment agency or staffing firm.

• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and hiring processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a passion for connecting candidates with great opportunities.
