Job Description

HR Intern – Hiring for Mobile Retail, Buyback & Store Roles

📍 [Gurugram] 💰 Stipend: ₹[10,000-15,000]/month 🕒 Full-time Internship | [3months]

Role: Call & hire candidates for Mobile Technician, Store Manager, Retail Buyback Head, and Store Staff roles, basically Retail Profiles

You'll do:

  • Call candidates daily, screen & shortlist
  • Source candidates (not just wait for applications)
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Basic Excel/tracker updates
  • Atleast can close 10 positions in a month

Must have:

  • Fluent in Hindi & English
  • Comfortable with high call volumes
  • Fast learner, smart & proactive
