Job Description
HR Executive is required to find various Portals for desired openings with in the organisation . Find candidates, interview, select and ensure they're timely joining within desired TAT . All activities must be authorised by Management before finalising the candidate . Maintain Data of candidates with their complete documentation. Support in New HR Policy framing. Issue finalised candidates offer letters and also work on various Employee happiness index and arrange outdoor and indoor activities.General Upkeep and administration of Office shall be ensured thru team mates. Ensuring Good working culture within the organisation and act like a stress buster in tough times.
