Job Overview:We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer with strong multimedia and video editing skills to join our growing marketing and content team. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), experienced in video editing, and has a keen understanding of YouTube marketing and social media design trends.

This is a dynamic role that blends creativity with digital marketing, content production, and visual storytelling.

• Key Responsibilities:Design high-quality visual content for web, social media, presentations, ads, and print.
• Edit promotional videos, course intros/outros, tutorials, and YouTube content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Develop brand-consistent visual assets including thumbnails, banners, infographics, and motion graphics.
• Manage and optimize video content for YouTube, including SEO-friendly thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and content for various platforms.
• Maintain and evolve MGA’s brand identity across all digital and print media.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, social media formats, and content marketing strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our visual presence.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in education, healthcare, or digital content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Experience with YouTube video production and channel branding.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare/medical industry visuals or e-learning content creation.
• Basic understanding of SEO, digital ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, YouTube Studio).
