Cozi Cloud is a premium Indian sleep and comfort brand — memory foam pillows, cushions, and back support products, made in India. We sell through Amazon and our own Shopify store, and we're building a strong, consistent brand presence across every platform we touch.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled fresher Graphic Designer to join our team full-time and own the visual side of our e-commerce, website, and social media presence. You'll work closely with the team, following our brand guidelines to create designs that are clean, premium, and consistent — while growing into a designer who shapes how the brand looks and feels.

What You'll Do

• E-commerce Design: Create Amazon listing visuals, infographics, comparison graphics, and A+ content modules that convert browsers into buyers
• Shopify Design: Design website banners, promotional graphics, product page visuals, and email creatives for our Shopify store
• Social Media Content: Design Instagram posts, carousels, infographics, and Reels covers that reflect our brand voice and drive engagement
• Branding: Apply our brand system (colour palette, typography, visual tone) consistently across every touchpoint — and contribute ideas as you grow into the role, not just execute briefs

What We're Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome)
• A portfolio showing design work in social media, e-commerce, or branding (student/internship projects are fine)
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Basic video/Reels editing ability
• An eye for clean, premium design — no clutter, no generic templates
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a brief and brand guideline precisely
• Comfortable receiving and applying feedback

Good to Have

• Familiarity with AI design tools
• Prior exposure to a D2C or e-commerce brand
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign or CorelDraw
