ARV Global Creations Pvt. Ltd. is a premium garment export manufacturer specializing in luxury women's wear for international fashion brands. We develop and manufacture evening gowns, bridal gowns, cocktail dresses, corsets, occasion wear, and hand-embellished couture garments.

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Fashion Designer with experience in women's wear, couture garment construction, hand embellishment, and export product development.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop women's wear collections, including evening gowns, cocktail dresses, bridal wear, corsets, and occasion wear.
• Create fashion sketches, mood boards, artwork, embroidery layouts, and detailed Tech Packs.
• Develop commercially viable garments based on buyer inspirations and international fashion trends.
• Coordinate with pattern masters, sampling tailors, merchandisers, embroidery teams, and production departments to ensure accurate sample development.
• Research global fashion trends, fabrics, colours, silhouettes, trims, and embellishment techniques.
• Prepare embroidery placement layouts and surface development concepts for luxury garments.
• Ensure designs are practical for production while maintaining premium quality and aesthetics.
• Maintain design documentation, fabric swatches, artwork, buyer references, and sample records.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of women's wear and garment construction.
• Practical understanding of couture construction, including corsets, structured silhouettes, draping, and luxury finishing.
• Hands-on knowledge of hand embroidery and embellishment techniques, including sequins, cutdana, bugle beads, crystals, pearls, appliqué, and surface ornamentation.
• Good knowledge of luxury fabrics such as satin, silk, organza, chiffon, georgette, tulle, net, crepe, velvet, and lace.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other fashion design software. Knowledge of TUKAcad or CLO 3D will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, communication, and teamwork.

Preferred Experience:- Candidates with experience in garment export houses, luxury women's wear, couture, bridal wear, evening wear, embellished garments, or buying houses will be given preference.

Qualification:- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
