E-Commerce Executive

Job Description – Order Processing-Team manage

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Order Processing & Team Manager to manage daily e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for processing online orders, managing inventory, coordinating with the warehouse team, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
• Generate invoices and shipping labels.
• Verify orders, SKUs, and barcodes before dispatch.
• Manage inventory and stock updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and courier teams.
• Supervise and manage the order processing team.
• Prepare daily Excel/MIS reports.
• Handle order cancellations, returns, and RTO cases.
• Ensure timely dispatch and maintain quality standards.
• Resolve operational issues and improve workflow.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in e-commerce operations or order processing is preferred.
• Freshers with good learning ability may also apply.
