Job Summary 

Pitanga Wealth Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to assist clients with a 

wide range of financial services offered through our authorized partnership with Angel One. The role involves client 

relationship management, customer onboarding, business development, and operational support while delivering an 

excellent customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. 

 Assist clients with Demat & Trading Account opening and activation. 

 Guide customers through KYC documentation and account opening processes. 

 Promote and support Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, Equity, F&O, Commodity, Currency, MTF, Insurance, Loans, Bonds, 

and other financial products available through Angel One. 

 Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital channels, and walk-in customers. 

 Conduct client follow-ups and convert inquiries into active customers. 

 Educate clients on digital platforms, mobile app features, and online account services. 

 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. 

 Maintain CRM records, daily reports, and customer documentation. 

 Cross-sell suitable financial products based on customer requirements. 

 Ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management. 

 Achieve monthly business and service targets. 

Desired Candidate Profile. 

 Graduate in any discipline. 

 Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. 

 Experience in Banking, NBFC, Broking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Wealth Management, Customer Service, or 

Financial Sales will be preferred. 

 Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred. 

 Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and Internet. 

 Strong customer handling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. 

 Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
