Job Discussion – Admission Counselor / Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced Admission Counselor / Team Leader who can handle student enquiries, counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions, follow up with leads, and achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and guide the admission counseling team
* Handle student/parent queries and provide course information
* Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
* Monitor team performance and achieve monthly targets
* Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with management
Requirements:
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Experience in education sales/admissions preferred
* Team handling experience required for Team Leader role
* Target-oriented and proactive approach
