Telesales Executive

Maximal Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Fire & Life Safety and ELV System Integrator providing end-to-end solutions in CCTV Surveillance, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Extinguishers, Gas Detection, Access Control, and other safety solutions across India.

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and technically inclined Technical Sales Telecaller to generate business opportunities through outbound calling and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to architects, consultants, builders, industries, schools, hospitals, hotels, factories, and corporate clients.
• Introduce the company's CCTV, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Fire Extinguisher, and Life Safety solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up on enquiries received through Google, Meta Ads, IndiaMART, email campaigns, and referrals.
• Maintain customer data and update CRM records regularly.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication and regular follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Proficient in cold calling, lead generation, negotiation, and customer handling.
• Basic technical understanding of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, or ELV systems is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, email communication, and internet research.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude and strong follow-up skills.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical sales telecalling or B2B telemarketing is preferred.
