Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, understand client

requirements, and ensure timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive

attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

● Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.

● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

● Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.

● Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records.

Eligibility Criteria

● Education: 10th, 12th, and Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks in each qualification.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

● Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
