Job Description
* Handle admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and emails.
* Counsel parents about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
* Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
* Schedule and coordinate school visits and parent meetings.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/Excel.
* Achieve monthly admission targets.
* Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for a smooth admission process.
* Prepare admission reports and update management regularly.
* Participate in school events, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads.
* Build positive relationships with parents and ensure an excellent admission experience.
