• Key Responsibilities
• Skin TreatmentsPerform professional facial treatments based on clinic protocols.
• Conduct HydraFacial and advanced facial procedures.
• Perform medi facials and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Carry out chemical peels as delegated and under dermatologist supervision.
• Assist with laser procedures and other aesthetic treatments.
• Maintain treatment rooms according to clinical hygiene standards.
• Patient CarePrepare patients before procedures and provide post-treatment care instructions.
• Educate patients on skincare routines and home-care products.
• Monitor patient comfort during treatments.
• Build positive relationships to ensure excellent patient satisfaction.
• Clinical AssistanceAssist dermatologists during aesthetic and regenerative procedures.
• Prepare treatment consumables, instruments, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Product & Equipment ManagementEnsure proper use and maintenance of aesthetic equipment.
• Monitor inventory of consumables and skincare products.
• Report stock requirements to the clinic management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
• Sales & Patient RetentionRecommend suitable skincare products based on patient needs.
• Educate patients about available treatment packages.
• Support patient follow-ups and encourage treatment compliance.
• Contribute to achieving clinic service and retail targets.
• QualificationsDiploma or Certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic clinic, medical spa, or premium salon preferred.
• Freshers with excellent technical skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of skin types and skincare treatments.
• Experience with HydraFacial and advanced facial therapies preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Professional appearance and patient-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a clinical environment.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new aesthetic technologies and treatment protocols.
• CompensationSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
