Job Title: Accountant

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions.

• Prepare and record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt vouchers.
• Assist in processing invoices, bills, and expense reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in cash management.
• Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory documentation (training will be provided).
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding accounting matters.
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and accounting procedures.
• Perform any other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or any Commerce/Finance-related qualification.
• 0–6 months of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Required Skills :

• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of GST and accounting concepts.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
