• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly telecalling, lead conversion, and store walk-in targets.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass or Diploma/Graduate in any discipline.

• Communication: Fluency in the local regional language (Malayalam/Tamil) and basic proficiency in English.
