Job Description
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
✅ Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
✅ Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and digital platforms.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers.
✅ Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✅ Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
✅ Prepare sales reports and present business performance to management.
✅ Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for successful project launches.
✅ Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
