Telecaller


Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–2 Years)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives


  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
  • Explain the company's digital marketing services to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
  • Maintain daily call reports and lead details.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships.


Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
  • Confident and convincing communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
