Job Description

Profile: Telesales (Lead Generation Process)

Location: Thuraipakkam, Chennai

Eligibility:

  • HSC / Graduate
  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
  • Good English + Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada communication
  • Versant V4 preferred
  • Malayalam & Kannada V3 candidates are also eligible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers and generate personal loan leads
  • Explain loan offers and benefits
  • Qualify customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and achieve sales targets

Shift Details:

  • Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Week Off: Sunday Fixed

Salary Details:

Tamil Process:

  • CTC: ₹21,000
  • In-Hand: ₹15,978 + Incentives
  • Without PF: ₹18,000 Take-Home + Incentives

Malayalam / Kannada Process:

  • CTC: ₹22,000
  • In-Hand: ₹16,979 + Incentives
  • Without PF: ₹19,000 Take-Home + Incentives
