ESTATE TELE CALLER – JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Real Estate Tele Caller
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain project details, plot locations, pricing, offers, and bank loan facilities.
Generate genuine leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain daily call records and update customer details.
Handle customer enquiries politely and professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Excel/CRM.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Positive attitude and convincing ability.
