Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, improving conversions, coaching team members, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team productivity, sales conversions, and revenue.
• Conduct daily huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Monitor calls and provide feedback to improve sales performance.
• Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance guidelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Training, HR, and Operations teams.
• Motivate and develop team members to achieve business goals.

Team Leader – Collections

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Collections Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Collection Executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in collections, and the ability to improve recovery performance while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Monitor collection efficiency, recovery performance, and productivity.
• Conduct call monitoring, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Handle escalated customer cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with collection policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze collection reports and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to management.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Training, and HR teams.
• Maintain team discipline, attendance, and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in Telecollections/Telesales.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Team Leader experience.
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, Fintech, or BFSI is preferred.
• Hindi & English communication is mandatory.
