Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Calling prospective students and parents from inquiry databases

Explaining NEET, JEE, Foundation, and crash course programs

Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally

Following up with interested students regularly

Converting inquiries into admissions

Scheduling counselling sessions or demo classes

Maintaining lead records in Excel/CRM

Achieving admission targets and daily calling targets


Skills Required

  • Good communication skills in English, Tamil, Hindi, or regional languages
  • Convincing and counselling ability
  • Patience while handling parents and students
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets)
  • Confidence and target-oriented mindset
  • Active listening and follow-up skills
