Job Description

A Real Estate Tele Sales Executive connects with clients over phone, email, and video calls to sell property investments, handle inquiries, and book virtual site visits. Key duties include lead generation, client advisory, and CRM updates. Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Contact leads via phone or VoIP, pitching property projects and investment returns.
  • Needs Analysis: Understand buyer budgets, preferred locations, and investment goals (residential or commercial).
  • Virtual Coordination: Schedule and conduct online presentations, video walkthroughs, and virtual site visits.
  • Objection Handling: Address questions about property titles, RERA compliance, legal paperwork, and remittance.
  • Pipeline Management: Update all call outcomes, client notes, and follow-up schedules accurately in the CRM tool.



Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in real estate inside-sales, pre-sales, or international B2C tele-sales.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; fluency in additional regional.
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and virtual meeting apps like Zoom or Google Meet
