Merchandiser And Quality Control

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and order specifications.
• Prepare order sheets, BOM (Bill of Materials), and production handover documents.
• Source and coordinate fabrics, trims, accessories, embroidery, printing, and branding materials.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
• Plan production timelines in coordination with the production department.
• Monitor order progress and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
• Coordinate sample development and customer approvals.
• Track fabric consumption and minimize wastage.
• Maintain order status reports and update customers/sales team regularly.
• Coordinate dispatch planning and ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Resolve production and sourcing issues to avoid delivery delays.
• Maintain complete documentation for each order.

Require Skills

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Fabric & garment manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of fabrics, trims, embroidery, printing, and garment construction.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
