Management Representative (MR) & QMS Lead

System Development & Maintenance

• Establish & Enhance the QMS: Design, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System manuals, procedures, and work instructions in strict compliance with international manufacturing standards.

• Process Mapping: Partner with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to map out core operational processes, identifying gaps between current practices and system requirements.

• Management Review: Prepare and present systemic performance data, audit findings, and quality metrics to executive leadership during routine Management Review meetings.

Audit Management & Compliance

• Third-Party Audits: Serve as the primary point of contact and Management Representative for external registrar bodies, client auditors, and regulatory inspectors.

• Internal Audit Program: Develop, schedule, and execute a robust internal audit program across all departments to ensure ongoing compliance and operational discipline.

• Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA): Lead the investigation into systemic non-conformances. Root-cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) must be utilized to implement effective CAPAs and track them to closure.

Documentation & Configuration Control

• Document Control Management: Oversee the document control system, ensuring that all technical drawings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality records are properly authored, reviewed, approved, and version-controlled.

• Traceability Assurance: Establish and monitor data integrity frameworks to guarantee 100% traceability of materials, manufacturing steps, and testing records from raw material receipt to final product dispatch.

Training & Culture

• System Competency Training: Conduct onboarding and continuous training for plant personnel regarding system requirements, documentation discipline, and compliance expectations.

• Culture of Compliance: Foster an organizational culture focused on strict adherence to established procedures and continuous process improvement.
