Process Associate

Lovely Pet Bottles is hiring a Sales Coordinator to manage lead tracking, follow-up coordination, sales tracker updates, and reporting support for the sales team.

This is not a field sales role. The main responsibility is to ensure that all incoming leads are captured properly, follow-ups are tracked, salespeople are reminded on time, and management gets accurate sales pipeline visibility.

The role is suitable for an early-career candidate who is disciplined, organized, comfortable with Excel, and good at follow-up coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture all incoming leads from phone calls, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, Google, walk-ins, dealer enquiries, and referrals.

- Update and maintain the LPB Sales Tracker on a daily basis.

- Record customer name, contact details, requirement, lead source, assigned salesperson, lead stage, next action, and follow-up date.

- Follow up with sales team members for pending updates.

- Remind salespeople about due and overdue follow-ups.

- Ensure every active lead has a clear owner and next action.

- Keep the sales pipeline clean, updated, and accurate.

- Avoid duplicate lead entries and flag incomplete lead details.

- Coordinate internally for quotation status, order status, stock availability, and customer requirement clarity.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from the tracker.

- Highlight new leads, pending follow-ups, overdue follow-ups, stage-wise pipeline, quotations, confirmed orders, and inactive leads.

- Support management review meetings with updated tracker data.

Candidate Requirements

- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

- Good data entry accuracy.

- Basic data processing ability.
