• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts to ensure balance accuracy.
• Month-End Closing: Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and closure activities.
• Taxation & Compliance: Support the team with basic tax computations, compliance filings (GST/TDS or local sales taxes), and audit preparation.
• Data Entry & Management: Maintain updated financial records in the accounting system and organize physical/digital files.
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience (Freshers welcome).
• Technical Skills:

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or SAP).
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial bookkeeping.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical ability, good communication skills, and time management.
