Interior Site Supervisor

Location: RA Puram, Chennai

Employment: Full-Time, On-Site

We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of a high-end luxury residential project in RA Puram, Chennai.

The candidate will be required to stay in Chennai and be present at the project site throughout the execution period until project completion and handover. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to maintain premium-quality execution standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day site execution.
• Ensure work is executed strictly according to approved 2D drawings, 3D designs, specifications, and material selections.
• Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, civil teams, painters, stone workers, fabricators, vendors, and other contractors.
• Maintain extremely high finishing and workmanship standards expected in luxury interiors.
• Check measurements, levels, alignments, dimensions, and detailing before and during execution.
• Conduct quality checks for civil work, flooring, marble/stone, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, furniture, wall finishes, and other interior works.
• Identify execution errors early and ensure immediate rectification.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, storage, and installation schedules.
• Prevent material wastage and maintain accountability for materials received at site.
• Prepare daily site updates with photos, videos, work completed, manpower deployed, pending activities, and issues requiring attention.
• Coordinate closely with the architects/interior designers and ensure their design intent is maintained.
• Track project timelines and proactively prevent delays.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Prepare snag lists and ensure all issues are closed before final handover.

Required SkillsStrong knowledge of luxury interior execution, civil works, carpentry/joinery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC coordination, false ceiling, flooring, marble/stone, painting, polishing, metal fabrication, glass and premium finishes.

Candidate should also have:

• Excellent understanding of architectural and interior working drawings
• Strong measurement and quantity-checking skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings
• Excellent contractor and labour management skills
• Strong quality-control and snagging ability
• Material and vendor coordination experience
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of the site
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially for premium finishes
• Ability to work under strict timelines without compromising quality

Preferred CandidateDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant construction/interior execution qualification preferred.

Prior experience supervising premium or luxury residential interior projects will be strongly preferred.

Important: This is a site-intensive position. The selected candidate must be willing to relocate/stay near RA Puram, Chennai and remain actively involved on-site until the project is fully completed and handed over.
