Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through direct client visits. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Meet prospective customers and explain the company's products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports and sales activity updates.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights for product and service improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
