*About the Opportunity*

YES BANK is associated with the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) of the Government of India. Under this apprenticeship program, selected candidates will work with YES BANK as Apprentice Trainees for a period of one year.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their careers in the banking sector and gain valuable experience in customer service through email and chat support.

*Role & Responsibilities*

* Handle customer queries and requests through email and chat channels.

* Provide accurate and timely information to customers in a professional manner.

* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.

* Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.

* Follow the bank's processes, guidelines, and service standards.

* Escalate unresolved or complex customer issues to the appropriate team.

* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to banking and data-security guidelines.

* Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries.

*Apprenticeship & Stipend*

Apprenticeship Duration: 1 Year

Total Monthly Stipend: ₹18,000

₹14,000 contributed by YES BANK

₹4,000 contributed by the Government of India under the NAPS scheme

*Working Hours*

*Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM*

*Weekly Off: Sunday*

*Saturday Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday*
