About the Role
Placement Point Solutions is looking for a passionate and energetic Telesales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain our training courses and services clearly.
- Convert enquiries into admissions/clients.
- Follow up with interested candidates and clients regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide the right guidance.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Fluency in Tamil (Mandatory).
- Basic to good communication skills in English.
