Job Description

For a Company Trainee at (Padi, Chennai), the responsibilities typically include:


  • Learning manufacturing processes for automotive electrical and mechatronics products.
  • Assisting production engineers on the shop floor.
  • Operating machines and following standard operating procedures (after training).
  • Inspecting components and maintaining product quality.
  • Recording production, quality, and maintenance data.
  • Following safety rules, 5S, and company policies.
  • Supporting preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Working with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily targets.
  • Participating in technical training and continuously improving skills.

  • Basic knowledge of ITI,Dipolma,Degree and BE - Any Department.
  • Willingness to learn and work in shifts.
