Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)
Client: SBI Cards (On Payroll/Partner Payroll)
Location: Branch-Based
Position
Business Development Manager (BDM)
Eligibility
MBA or Any Graduate can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Passion for sales and business development.
Job Responsibilities
Generate business through B2B corporate sales.
Visit companies and meet HR representatives to promote SBI Credit Cards.
Explain product benefits and corporate offers to employees.
Convert provided leads into successful card sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Achieve monthly business targets.
Coordinate with the branch team for seamless customer onboarding.
Work Nature
Branch Sitting Role – Reporting from the assigned SBI branch.
Leads Provided by the organization.
Travel Required to visit corporate offices and clients.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on interview performance, qualifications, and experience.)
