Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, commissioning, and servicing of barcode printers, scanners, label applicators, and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and communication issues.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
  • Configure barcode printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, USB, and other interfaces.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for technical demonstrations and product trials.
  • Prepare service reports after customer visits.
  • Maintain service records, spare-parts inventory, and equipment history.
  • Train customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
  • Travel to customer locations as required.
