Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telemarketer to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating quality leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Generate qualified leads for the Sales Team.
• Explain company projects, offers, and services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for Sales Executives.
• Maintain a positive and professional conversation with customers.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• Update customer information and call status in the CRM or lead management system.
• Maintain daily call logs and submit productivity reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about projects.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Re-engage old leads and inactive customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on current projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
