Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.
• Explain holiday packages, travel itineraries, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers to close sales.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database regularly.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and customer support.
• Promote seasonal offers, tour packages, and travel memberships.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle outbound sales calls confidently.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Good customer handling and follow-up skills.

Eligibility

• Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in telesales, telemarketing, travel sales, or customer support is preferred.
