Job Title: Telecaller – Voice Process (SBI Collections) | DRA / Non-DRA


Job Description:


We are looking for Telugu-speaking Telecallers for the SBI Collections Voice Process.


The candidate will make outbound calls to customers, follow up on pending payments, and update the collection status in the system. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to SBI customers.
  • Follow up on pending payments.
  • Maintain call records and update the system.
  • Handle customers politely and professionally.


Requirements:


  • Good communication skills in Telugu.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Experience in collections or telecalling is preferred.
  • DRA-certified candidates are preferred
