1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Stock Control: Track inventory levels, establish reorder points, and order new supplies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming deliveries for damages, verify quantities against purchase orders, and report any discrepancies.
• Traceability: Implement stock rotation methods like First-In, First-Out (FIFO) to minimize waste and monitor product expiry dates.

2. Daily Operations & Logistics

• Goods Issuance: Issue materials, equipment, or products to various departments or customers based on authorized indents, requisitions, or sales orders.
• Store Organization: Optimize storage layouts, clearly label items, and ensure products are easily accessible.
• Auditing: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with digital records.

3. Record Keeping & Administration

• Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date manual or digital records (via ERP/WMS systems) of all inward and outward transactions.
• Reporting: Generate reports on buying trends, inventory usage, and financial discrepancies for upper management or the finance department.

4. Staff Leadership & Customer Service

• Team Supervision: Schedule, train, and supervise store or warehouse staff.
• Customer Support: Assist customers, resolve complaints, and ensure a high standard of customer service in retail environments.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to local health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Security: Maintain a clean, secure, and organized environment to prevent theft, accidents, and inventory shrinkage
