Senior Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, and supporting HR operations to attract and retain top talent.

## Key Responsibilities

### Recruitment

* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

* Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.

* Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and communicate updates to candidates.

* Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation within approved guidelines, and ensure timely offer rollouts.

* Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

### Onboarding

* Coordinate pre-joining activities, including document collection and background verification.

* Prepare appointment letters and onboarding documentation.

* Ensure completion of joining formalities and employee documentation.

* Conduct new employee orientation and induction programs.

* Coordinate with IT, Admin, and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding.

* Facilitate employee introduction to company policies, culture, and HR processes.

* Monitor the onboarding experience and support new hires during their initial employment period.
