Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming sales orders, track shipments, and confirm delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM software.
  • Answer client questions regarding accounts, products, or pricing.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate meetings, product demos, and travel schedules for sales reps.
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to align operations.
