Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and generate customer invoices.

2. Make billing entries and maintain billing records.

3. Record daily accounts entries in Tally or accounting software.

4. Follow up on customer payments.

5. Maintain customer and vendor records.

6. Verify bills and supporting documents.

7. Maintain proper filing and documentation.

8. Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment-related work.
