Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Field Collection Executive to manage customer visits, recover overdue payments, and maintain healthy customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills while ensuring collections are conducted in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residence or workplace to collect overdue payments.
• Follow the assigned collection schedule and daily visit plan.
• Negotiate repayment options and encourage timely payment.
• Educate customers about outstanding dues and available repayment solutions.
• Update collection status, customer feedback, and visit remarks in the company's mobile application or CRM.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Maintain professional behavior and ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Escalate difficult or disputed cases to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries related to payments.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in collections, sales, banking, NBFC, or finance will be an added advantage.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
• Time management and target-oriented mindset.
• Preferred RequirementsValid two-wheeler driving license.
• Own two-wheeler (preferred).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
